Objective of the breakout session:
To familiarize activists with Congressional Districts 10 and 21, help them understand what contributed
to the 2018 wins, and lay out the plan and tactics for 2020 (with special attention
to roles for East Bay activists)Questions for panelists:
  • Where are CD10 and CD21?
  • What are the voter demographics? How do they affect voter participation?
  • What were key factors in turning these districts blue in 2018? What were the winning margins?
  • What was the role of East Bay activists?
  • What will be the key factors and challenges in winning, again, in 2020?
  • What needs to be done, when and where? How can East Bay activists help?
  • What have Congressmen TJ and Hosh Harder accomplished since entering office?
